Planned Teams Depending on Interest
- 18U (2007 and younger)
- 16U (2009 and younger)
Team Selection
Team selection is planned for mid to late February. This could move up or back slightly. Teams will be selected based on club culture fit, team fit, positional need and skill.
When
Spring Season runs late March until Early June.
Practices
Each team will have around 16 practices. Practices will be at Madison area rinks partly based on player geographics.
Jerseys
Jerseys are provided as part of the registration fee. Players will be provided with a light and dark jersey as well as two sets of socks.
Costs
Cost will be determined based on practice ice and tournaments.
Signing up to express interest is free and does not commit you to doing it. It does give us an idea of interest level so we can decide on what ages we can field teams.
Tournaments, Scrimmages and Games
Tournaments
Each team will participate in at least 2 tournaments. Tournaments will generally be in Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana or Michigan, though some teams may decide to travel further.
Scrimmages and Games
Teams could additionally have the chance for scrimmages or in some cases play in a spring league. Non tournament games and scrimmages will typically be within 2 hours of Madison.

Sign up is open now to be considered for the 2025 Spring teams. Signing up/expressing interest does not guarantee a spot even if enough interest for a team exists.
This registration is only for those that wish to show interest but do not have a USA Hockey number. If you do have a USA Hockey number please use the normal Spring registration.
